Booking confirmation mode

After having received explicit notice from the Reservations Office about actual availability and relative rates, the reservation will be deemed confirmed upon receipt of deposit by bank transfer, postal order or credit card withdrawal. The amount of the deposit must be equal to 30% of the total amount of the stay. The name of the booking must be specified in the description. These obligations must be carried out within 2 days of confirmation of acceptance by the guest; a written confirmation of the correct receipt of the bank transfer, postal order or credit card withdrawal by the Hotel staff will follow. In case of non-receipt of the deposit within 3 days after acceptance by the guest, the booking will be considered lapsed. The Management does not assume responsibility if bank transfers were made without the explicit communication of the actual availability of the rooms by the Hotel. Stays booked from 7 days before the check-in date to the same day of the check-in date are considered confirmed ONLY if guaranteed by a suitable credit card (number and expiry date) from which 30% of the amount will be taken.

Check-in and Check-out

The rooms booked are guaranteed from 1:00 p.m. to 12:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10.30 am on the day of departure. All guests (including children) are requested to provide themselves with a valid identity document.

Services included

The half-board and full-board rates include beach service (1 umbrella with 2 beds per room). In the treatment of the Bed and Breakfast, the beach service has an additional cost. Seasonal services strictly related to weather conditions are provided from June to September.

Restaurant

Full board always starts with lunch on the day of arrival. Half board starts with lunch or dinner chosen on the day of arrival. It is possible to request gluten-free menus or specific menus for particular intolerances with a supplement of Euro 5.00 per meal per person. Anyone suffering from allergies and / or intolerances must notify it at the time of booking and remember it upon arrival at the facility.

City tax

The Municipality of Castellabate has established the tourist tax, which will be applied from March 1st to October 31st, 2019 on overnight stays for tourists for a maximum of 6 consecutive nights. The amount of the tax is Euro 1.50 per person per day. The following are exempt: minors up to the age of 16, seniors over the age of 75, severely disabled and a carer. The payment of the tax will be made directly at the hotel upon check-out.

Drinks

Drinks at meals in the Restaurant are always excluded from the rates and must be paid at the end of the stay according to the actual consumption.

Extra charges

Any consumption not included in the price of the stay (extra bar – restaurant – beach – parking) will be charged to the room account and duly indicated on the receipt or invoice.

Cancellation policies

Cancellations received within the 16th day before arrival: loss of the entire deposit paid.

Cancellations received between 15th and 7th day before arrival: payment as a penalty of 50% of the amount of the booked stay.

Cancellations received between the 6th and 1st day of arrival: payment as a penalty of 75% of the amount of the booked stay.

No show (no show) or early departure: payment as a penalty of 100% of the amount of the booked stay.

Terms of payment

The balance of the stay must be paid on the day of departure (or at the discretion of the guest in advance, except for the extra costs that must be paid at the end of the stay) and can be made in one of the following ways:

* Cash below Euro 3,000.00; * Credit card (Visa, Euro / Mastercard, Maestro or Prepaid Card); * Transfer (in this case the balance must be paid within 7 days from the date of arrival, except for the extra or additional costs that will be calculated at the end of the stay); * Check (in this case the balance must be paid upon arrival, if the stay period is equal to or greater than 10 nights, subject to the extra or additional costs that will be calculated at the end of the stay).
